INTRODUCTION 

Master in Management and Team Management is intended for all those professionals who aspire to manage and lead a group of people and get the most out of their work activities. 
 
Throughout the course  students will acquire the knowledge necessary for the professional and personal development. They will focus on the management, leadership and the proper use of negotiation techniques. 
 
Our students will gain an insight into the fundamental concepts of work team: its definition, importance and classification. They will also take a careful look at team building, underlying roles, stages of development, leadership, motivation, communication, delegation and conducting meetings through coaching and PNL techniques.

PROFESSIONAL OUTINGS

A Master’s degree in Management and Team Management prepares our students to lead any team as Project Manager,  Operations Manager, Campaign Manager or manager of any department or establishment.

ADMISSION

To access any of our Master’s programs, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Students holding a degree certificate.
• Students currently studying for a graduate degree or equivalent higher education tittle.
• Foreign students having an equivalent degree documented.
• Professionals that already have a recognized position in the field.

TRIPLE CERTIFICATION

At the end of your studies, you will earn a triple degree issued by ENEB Business School and Universidad Isabel I:

- Master in Management and Team Management

- Diploma in Expertise in Coaching and NLP

- Spanish for Business Program

All our training programs come with an optional Spanish for Business Program, which will allow our students to succeed in an international working environment. In case the student does not follow the program, they will earn a double degree.
