ANNEX: LEGAL INFORMATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS (CGC)
Summary of the regulatory provisions governing the contractual relationship:
1. Nature of the Service
THE SCHOOL's obligation is of means (providing resources), not of result. All degrees are private, except for the external UI1 certification.
2. Perfection of the Contract
The contract is binding from the signature, payment, or acceptance of boxes ("clickwrap") in the Virtual Campus. The student declares to be of legal age and legally capable.
3. Veracity and Access Requirements
The School may request accrediting documentation at any time.
Falsehood: Providing false information (e.g., regarding previous qualifications) allows the School to:
- Adapt the title to the actual accredited level (e.g., issue "Higher Course" instead of "Master").
- Terminate the contract with immediate expulsion and retention of amounts paid.
4. Use of the Virtual Campus
Credentials are personal and non-transferable. The STUDENT is responsible for their custody and any activity performed under their user.
5. Intellectual Property and Image Rights
- Contents belong to THE SCHOOL. Distribution is prohibited.
- Upon submitting assignments, the STUDENT grants a license for academic use.
- Participation with camera/microphone in classes implies the assignment of image rights for academic purposes (recording of classes).
6. Disciplinary Regime
Very serious infractions (plagiarism, harassment, spam, sharing keys) may entail definitive expulsion without the right to a refund.
7. Payments and Non-Payments
The payment obligation is total.
- Non-payment > 15 days: Suspension of access to the Campus.
- Non-payment > 60 days: Termination of contract (withdrawal), maintaining the debt enforceable.
8. Data Protection
Processing according to GDPR. Supervision tools (proctoring) may be used in online exams. Contact: datos@namenciseducation.com.
9. Foreign Students (Study Stay)
The STUDENT with a stay authorization declares knowing that they must maintain academic activity.
