Postgraduate in Corporate Social Responsibility

INTRODUCTION

The Postgraduate Program in Corporate Social Responsibility prepares our students to get a better insight into this field by paying close attention to the application of management and assessment tools, policies and strategies implemented at all levels within organizations that integrate the CSR and as well as mechanisms of dialogue and interaction with the key stakeholders. 
 
You will learn to integrate the approach on ethics, sustainability and social and environmental responsibility in business models and existing companies as well as other public or private organizations, such as non-profit entities or public administrative agencies.

OBJECTIVES

• Providing a comprehensive vision of the fundamentals of Corporate Social Responsibility. 
• Getting familiar with different stakeholders. 
• Understanding the importance of communication and transparency, codes, committees and reports.
• Getting to know the different areas of CSR: human, labour and environmental rights as well as other conventions and standards. 
• Mastering the different components of CSR management. 
• Understanding the function of the tools used to measure the CSR. 
• Learning how to optimize and properly use the different methodologies for verification. 
• Getting familiar with the standardization and certification systems. 
• Learning about all departments that form the Human Resources of a company and their functions.
• Understanding the importance of performance evaluation, gaining knowledge of different techniques and evaluation methods; as well as different reward systems. 
• Learning to create work teams and strategies for goal setting. 
• Understanding the importance of properly motivating a team, studying its theories, and personnel administration. 
• Gaining knowledge of corporate culture, organizational changes, labour climate and change management. 
• Learning to optimize the use of  time and identifying the most common mistakes in this matter. 
• Getting to knowing and adapting to the different types of meetings so as to get the most out of them. 
• Gaining knowledge about Outplacement, the reasons why this service is used and the benefits it may bring for the company and the employee. 
• Finding out how to start an Outsourcing project and learning about the benefits it provides for the company.

ADMISSION

To access any of our Postgraduate programs, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Students holding a degree certificate. 
• Students currently studying for an graduate degree or equivalent higher education tittle. 
• Foreign students having an equivalent degree documented. 
• Professionals that already have a recognized position in the field.

DOUBLE CERTIFICATION

At the end of your studies, you will earn two diplomas issued by ENEB Business School and the Universidad Isabel I:

- Postgraduate Program Corporate Social Responsibility

- Spanish for Business Program 

All our training programs come with an optional Spanish for Business Program, which will allow our students to succeed in an international working environment. In case the student does not follow the program, they will get a postgraduate certification.
