WHO IS IT INTENDED FOR?

The Master in Project Management is designed to train managers who know how to manage, plan, organise and control complex and global projects efficiently and effectively. Professionals trained to lead work teams based on the development of management skills and techniques of managers. In short, Project Managers who know how to align the current needs of companies in the direction of projects with the current demands posed by the global standard of the Project Management Institute (PMI): minimise risks, create new business opportunities and achieve the objectives planned.

OBJECTIVES

The syllabus of the Master in Project Management aims to provide the student with the following knowledge and skills:

• Train expert Project Managers, who know how to achieve the proposed objectives, increase profitability and enhance the overall quality of the project.
• Develop managerial skills and techniques for managing human and material resources.
• Know the standards of the PMP certification.
• Align the current needs of the companies in the direction of projects with the teaching of the best practices of the market.
• Know, select and use the necessary tools for the budgetary management of a project appropriately.
• To promote decision-making as a manager of complex projects, considering the technical, economic, quality, environmental and risk exposure aspects that encompass it.

PROFESSIONAL OUTINGS

The Master in Project Management prepares students to lead any work team such as Project Director, Operations Director, Project Management Office (OGP) Director, Program Manager, Portfolio Manager or Online Project Manager.

ADMISSION

To access any of our Master’s programs, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Students holding a degree certificate.
• Students currently studying for a graduate degree or equivalent higher education tittle.
• Foreign students having an equivalent degree documented.
• Professionals that already have a recognized position in the field.
• In the unlikely event that you do not meet any of the above requirements, please contact the school and the admissions department will assess your case individually.

TRIPLE CERTIFICATION

At the end of your studies, you will earn a triple degree issued by ENEB Business School and Universidad Isabel I:

- Master in Project Management

- Diploma in Expertise in Coaching and NLP

- Spanish for Business Program

All our training programs come with an optional Spanish for Business Program, which will allow our students to succeed in an international working environment. In case the student does not follow the program, they will earn a double degree.
