What motivated you to participate in that training program?
I think that an MBA is an excellent option for the people who have technical training, as it helps to understand how a company works, which is needed nowadays.
Why did you choose ENEB?
I did my research, and I saw that it was a good business school with a lot of positive reviews. The syllabus convinced me, especially the Coaching and NLP subjects, which I consider as added value in comparison to other programs offered.
Did you like the Coaching and NLP subjects?
Yes. I think it is essential for everyone that wants to work in a team to know these subjects, not only to act as a coach but to understand how people and corporations operate. I think it is critical in any work environment.
Which subject did you find most useful?
I think I am number guy and I enjoyed Accounting, but I think that, as I mentioned before, Coaching and NLP are the most useful.
Did you always get help from your tutors?
I did not need a lot of interaction with them, but when I had to, they were accommodating. At the beginning of the program, I had several questions about the methodology, the final projects and the grading system. I can assure you that all of them were answered very fast and explaining everything.
Do you have any new project in mind?
Right now I want to complete my Master’s degree, I am applying for a double degree in Munich (Germany), and it is critical to know all the foundations of the Spanish Economy, as well as a company's, markets'…and above all, know how to work with people. Increasingly, teamwork is more important, not only in education but in the work environment.
