What motivated you to participate in that training program? Why ENEB?
First I finished the postgraduate program in Coaching, NLP and Team Leadership and then I completed this postgraduate program. I really liked the methodology of the school. I need flexibility and you provide it. Moreover, this postgraduate is related to what I’m dealing with in my position, especially with the marketing and the advertising part, from designing a briefing to advertising campaigns. That is why I also decided to combine it with the Master in Commerce Management that I’m also studying with you.
Professionally speaking, what are your short and long-term objectives?
I’ve been in this company for 2 years and my goals are finishing my training, that is finishing my bachelor’s degree and complementing it with postgraduate and master programs. I’d like to consolidate my position and grow professionally by accessing positions of greater responsibility at Saint Gobain Placo Ibérica.
Was it difficult for you to reconcile work and study? How many hours did you dedicate to your training program?
Sometimes. It was complicated sometimes because I travel a lot; I travel abroad and spend a lot of time away from home. I worked on it during the week and especially on the weekends. It has been hard for me, but with the flexibility that you offer, I’ve made it. I spent 10 or more hours a week, depending on the season.
Which subject did you find most useful?
Marketing is the subject that has helped me most in my day-to-day work: strategic marketing, direct marketing, sales promotion…
Did you always get help from your tutors?
The truth is that I’ve been completely autonomous. I found information on the manuals, that are very good, and the bibliography provided.
What would you single out from your experience with ENEB?
The flexibility, the subjects, that, unlike university education, is very applicable to real life. It adapts, it is specific and it helps you professionally.
