What motivated you to participate in that training program? 
The syllabus covers many of the fields that I needed training in, besides deepening in my knowledge in other areas. I asked for more information about the program and the methodology, and it was everything I was looking for.
 

Why ENEB?
It is a well-known business school that offered internships, and also I could study at a distance a program that covered all my educational needs.
 

Professionally speaking, what are your short and long- term objectives? 
In the short-term, I hope to continue my education. I am completing the Master's in Human Resources Management (also at ENEB), and I hope to put into practice everything I have learnt. In the long-term, I would like to have a career in HR and improve my skills.
 

Do you have any new project in mind?
I am a person who continuously has different projects in her mind, although they will take place in the future.
 

Was it difficult for you to reconcile work and study?
All my prior education was distance learning, so I am used to this methodology. While doing the Postgraduate Program I was also working and doing another program, so it helped me to break my routine and bring me joy. Although, I could not always study as much as I wanted.
 

Which subject did you find most useful?
My favourite subject was Human Resources Management as I had prior knowledge of it, which allowed me to enjoy it. Moreover, I would also mention Negotiation Techniques, as it has provided me with knowledge about new topics.
 

How did you organise your time to complete the training program?
I had more time on weekends, so I use them to study non-stop. Within the week I had to juggle studying for the Postgraduate and the Master.
 

Did you always get help from your tutors?
If there was just one thing to point out about ENEB, that is their tutors. I was surprised by the support given by them, always answering our doubts as soon as possible.
 

What would you single out from your experience with ENEB?
ENEB, in comparison to other distance learning centres, is the one that has the best quality. The syllabuses are continuously updated, the tutors are great, the requirement level is coherent, and it offers you the advantage to choose your schedule. It has been a lovely experience, that is why I have repeated it. Besides, the collaboration agreement with the Universidad Isabel I gives students assurance that the certificate obtained has official recognition.
