Izaskun Ezquer is an IT Manager and Prevention and Environment Director. Due to her motivation to find a better job, she completed the MBA – Master of Business Administration at ENEB.

What motivated you to participate in that training program?
I thought about it for a while, but when looking for a new job, I found the motivation to do it finally. Find a new challenge and complete the training that I was acquiring through practice. Also, learning a few other areas such as Financial Management, Project Planning, Team Management…seen everything from a different perspective, understanding its meaning.
 

Why ENEB?
I wanted to undertake an MBA for many years, but all the programs I have seen before were not compatible with reconciling work, family and my education.
One day, I saw an ad for the MBA, and I thought it was a good option, because for the first time in a while I had enough time to study an MBA since it was flexible and online.
 

Was it difficult for you to reconcile work and study? 
Not right now, because I have a smaller workload and more time to study. Moreover, I planned to do it in a short amount of time, putting more hours into studying, so I was able to complete it in the time frame that I wanted.
 

Did you always get help from your tutors?
Yes, and they always answer fast.
 

Which subject did you find most useful?
I think that including NLP and Coaching courses very interesting. I knew a little bit of Coaching before, but NLP was a new concept for me. At the beginning I was reluctant, but after complete it, I think it adds value, not only regarding theoretical concepts but what you can put into practice in your day-to-day. It has been a positive surprise.
