On the one hand, to improve my professional career, which I have always wanted. On the other hand, to complement my education; deepen in my knowledge and direct it towards Team Leadership.

In the short-term, I want to keep studying, learning and developing my career. In the long-term, I want to have and manage my own business.
Has your professional career improved after completing the Postgraduate Program in Coaching, NLP and Team Leadership at ENEB?
I’m in a company that fosters people’s development, so to keep training our abilities and learning is positively valued. I did not have the opportunity to be promoted within my current company, but different companies had contacted me because I now have the Postgraduate Program in my CV.
Did you always get help from your tutors?
Yes. They have always been available when I needed them, and they have been exact in their advice and guide, always giving feedback to improve my skills.
Was it easy for you to reconcile work and study?
Yes. Although it requires a big commitment, the subjects are interesting which makes it easy to get caught in them. Besides, my eagerness to always give the best of myself in everything that I do has rewarded me with a Cum Laude Certification, which has made everything worth it.
Why would you recommend the Postgraduate Program in Coaching, NLP and Team Leadership?
I would recommend it because it helps you to understand people and learn how to make a decision not only in the Team Leadership field but in any professional or personal situation. I would recommend studying this program once all you have learned during your university years is absorbed.

Yes. To study a Master’s or Postgraduate Program in a market so competitive as our current market is mandatory; as it allows you to deepen in your knowledge and skills, and on the other hand, it helps you to extend your network.
