What motivated you to participate in that training program? Why ENEB?
What motivated me to study a postgraduate course in ENEB was that it was very easy to organize my time to study, so I could work and study without any problems.
I also liked to find out that the institution is considered one of the best Business Schools in Europe. I also liked the attention given by the staff of the school, who guided me and provided me with all the necessary information to enroll, to guide me on some procedures and who were also attentive to my educational process. In addition to this, I chose ENEB because the education provided has the highest standards of quality and demand.
Professionally speaking, what are your short and long-term objectives?
In the short term, I have planned to complete the Master’s Degree in International Trade that I’m currently studying, since ENEB has given me the opportunity to fulfill my dreams of continuing to study thanks to a scholarship.
In the long term, I want to continue to be involved in training processes of the school, to acquire new theoretical and practical tools to face the daily challenges in the job positions in which I perform my duties. Likewise, in the future, I’d like to become a teacher of the school to train new students, as my tutors and teachers.
Was it difficult for you to reconcile work and study? How many hours did you dedicate to your training program?
When I started this postgraduate course, I was unemployed, and I had already done some online training to adapt to this new academic stage. I acquired the discipline to study from Monday to Saturday 3 to 4 hours a day approximately. Once I started working, I readjusted my schedule and established a new schedule that was flexible with my work activities.
I think it has been my best personal challenge, since I forced myself to acquire a regular routine that became a discipline, as well as a method of organization and planning that allowed me to carry out other family and work activities to find harmony and balance; but I consider that motivation is an important and necessary factor to maintain the dedication and transform it into a passion to give my best, always trying to learn more and to do things with creativity and love.
Which subject did you find most useful?
I’m currently studying for the Master’s degree and I believe all subjects are important. Therefore, when I finish my studies, I’ll find out which is the subject that I liked the most.
Within the Postgraduate subjects, I loved NLP because I think that we can all transform some limiting habits and beliefs and turn them into positive reinforcements. I think we should all empower ourselves with new beliefs that allow us to see things with different eyes, and likewise, try to be much more optimistic and cheerful to achieve personal and professional success.
Did you always get help from your tutors?
The tutors are attentive and available to solve your doubts, concerns and to make you some suggestions, which creates a continuous accompaniment that is fundamental for the students. They are dedicated to their jobs and deserve special recognition for the important work they do for the student community.
What would you single out from your experience with ENEB?
I’m very grateful to the school for the opportunity it has given me to continue my academic process. The school allows you to achieve your dreams and goals, and guarantees a quality education. It motivates you to always give your best. I would like to continue studying in the school and encourage my friends and acquaintances to progress in their training processes and make part of this community. This experience has been one of the best, since I accepted the challenge of being much more disciplined, researching, suggesting solutions and alternatives, achieving excellence and applying the acquired knowledge in a practical way.
Finally, would you like to add any further comments?
I want to extend a warm thanks to all the tutors, managers and people who make it possible for us as students to train and fulfill our dreams and wishes.
In the same way, I want to encourage many more students of all nationalities, to take on the challenge of being part of the ENEB Community and to make their dreams come true, since their expectations will be fulfilled, and they will have the best tools so that we are better professionals and human beings every day.
