What motivated you to participate in that training program?
Being the leader of sales and trade marketing during the last four years made me identify the opportunity to improve my leadership skills to achieve the personal and professional goals of my team members and support my collaborators. I chose ENEB because the content of the Master's degree was specific to the area I was interested in: human talent. I also wanted to update my knowledge in essential elements of my career and my job. The scholarship that ENEB offered me made the Master’s Degree affordable for me, and the advantage of advancing according to my available time was key to making the decision to enroll.
Professionally speaking, what are your short and long-term objectives?
My short-term professional goal is to keep putting into practice what I learnt during the Master with the members of my work team in order to support their career development. The acquired skills will allow me to be promoted to the next position in my career.
Was it difficult for you to reconcile work and study? How many hours did you dedicate to your training program?
Organizing my time to study again after more than 15 years since I finished my degree was a big challenge. On average, I spent 3 to 5 hours per week.
Which subject did you find most useful?
All the information is valuable to achieve a comprehensive performance, but I’d emphasize the relevance of the subjects of Coaching and Negotiation techniques in my current job. In addition, e-commerce and Corporate Social Responsibility allowed me to identify new opportunities in the short and mid-term.
How did you organize your time to complete the training program?
My strong determination to improve as a person and as a leader made it easier for me to make the decision to dedicate 1 hour of study every day for 3 days a week.
What would you single out from your experience with ENEB?
The low cost, the relevance of the information, the benefit of the triple degree, being able to progress at your own pace, the additional certification by the University of Isabel I and the continuous updating.
Did you always get help from your tutors?
I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and kindly they responded to each of my questions. I had dozens of questions and doubts which I wrote in many emails. I can say that I got an answer to each of them in less than 24 hours.
Finally, would you like to add any further comments?
ENEB exceeded my expectations from my first contact with them, when they surprised me with an scholarship. I have currently invested 3 times more than I initially planned because I want to take each of the additional benefits that the school has made available to me. During the Master’s Degree, I saw the opportunity to improve my professional profile by complementing it with skills in administrative and financial management, which is why I am currently studying the MBA.
