What motivated you to participate in that training program? Why ENEB?
Currently, the labour market is increasingly demanding qualified workers, so I decided to start specializing in what I like the most.
I liked the idea of specializing in Business Administration and Management because it is a way to stand out and make a difference.
The reasons why I studied the specialization are the following:
The knowledge and everything I learn will be an added value to my CV.
The master’s degree will help me become a more competent professional.
The specialization will enable me to get in touch with those people who work in the areas in which I would like to work.
Professionally speaking, what are your short and long-term objectives?
My short-term goals involve the following:
•Growing within the company, collaborating with my knowledge and skills, finding solutions to the problems that arise and making the best decisions.
•Growing personally and professionally continuously in a place where development can be achieved by applying the knowledge that I have acquired at the academic, work and personal level to be useful for the community.
My long-term goals are:
•Obtaining a management position in the company to have the opportunity to grow professionally and implement what I learned in the master.
•Increasing knowledge and acquiring greater tools that involve the attitude of today's industry, the influence of competitors and try to see the opportunities to increase the participation of the company in the long term.
Was it difficult for you to reconcile work and study? How many hours did you dedicate to your training program?
When I started the master I had to coordinate the time I spent on work, study and family. It was hard during the first months, but the truth is that when I reached my goals it was very rewarding, and it also opens up great professional opportunities for the future.
Which subject did you find most useful?
I enjoyed each of the MBA subjects since they provided me with knowledge, tools and work methodologies that motivate me personally because they help me develop professionally.
How did you organize your time to complete the training program?
I dedicated 3 hours per day during the week and 7 hours on weekends. First I studied each of the modules and then I made the corresponding practical cases.
Did you always get help from your tutors?
In terms of time and quality, the answers exceeded my expectations, since I'm studying online for the first time and it made me want to continue with this type of learning.
What would you single out from your experience with ENEB?
The contents are updated, very organized and easy to understand. I would recommend, without a doubt, this postgraduate because it is at the height of the prestigious Universities of Argentina. I would definitely recommend this postgraduate course because it is as good as Argentinian major universities’.
