Who is IEAD and what accreditations does it have?
The European Institute of High Management (IEAD) is much more than an educational institution — it’s a direct gateway to professional leadership on an international level. What is the validation process about?
Currently, you can choose from two validation options depending on your academic and professional goals:
Option 1: Validate your MBA or Master’s with the European Master in Executive Leadership from IEAD
This allows you to validate your degree completed at ENEB for the European Master in Executive Leadership from the European Institute of High Management (IEAD), a degree with an executive focus and international scope.
Option 2: Validate your MBA or Master’s with the European Master in Executive Leadership from IEAD + earn a Business Executive Program Specialization.
In addition to receiving the European Master in Executive Leadership from IEAD, you can add Business Executive Program specialization in the area that best fits your professional profile.
This option allows you to validate one subject you are currently studying or have already completed in your MBA or Master’s for an executive specialization, earning an additional diploma that enriches your academic background.
You can choose from the following areas:
- Business Executive Program in Operations Management
- Business Executive Program in Financial Management
- Business Executive Program in Marketing Management
- Business Executive Program in Human Resources Management
- Business Executive Program in Decision-Making and Business Development
This complementary training is designed to enhance your employability, add value to your profile, and expand your executive skills in today’s business environment.
What happens after I make the payment? What are the diploma delivery timeframes?
The validation process is straightforward. Once you’ve completed the payment, you can request the validation of your MBA or Master’s for the European Master in Executive Leadership from IEAD, with no need to complete additional subjects to obtain the new qualification.
If you haven’t finished your MBA or Master’s yet, don’t worry. As soon as you complete your program, your digital certificate issued by IEAD will be processed. From that moment, the estimated delivery time for the physical diploma is approximately 90 to 120 days, depending on your location and administrative processing and shipping times.
What diplomas will I receive with this validation?
Once the process is complete and you’ve finished your ENEB program, you’ll receive the following diplomas depending on the option you selected:
Option 1: MBA or Master’s validated for the European Master in Executive Leadership from IEAD
- Diploma for the European Master in Executive Leadership, issued by the European Institute of High Management (IEAD).
Option 2: MBA or Master’s validated for the European Master in Executive Leadership from IEAD + Business Executive Program Specialization
- Diploma for the European Master in Executive Leadership, issued by the European Institute of High Management (IEAD).
- Diploma for the Business Executive Program (BEP) in the selected area, corresponding to the validated subject.

- Business Executive Program in Operations Management.

What if I haven’t completed my MBA or Master’s yet and I purchase the validation?
You don’t need to complete your training to access the validation process. You can purchase it now, and once you finish your academic program, your digital certificate will be issued by IEAD. This will initiate the process for your physical or apostilled diploma (depending on the option you selected) to be delivered.
