INTRODUCTION

Postgraduate Program in Coaching, NLP and Team Leadership gives our students an opportunity to apply all the NLP techniques necessary to develop the most advanced coaching and, as a result,  obtain the capacity to lead professional teams. 
 
Throughout this course  you will learn the concepts and communication skills necessary to react appropriately to all situations that may arise in the executive and business world. In addition, our students will get an insight into how NLP affects people, their way of seeing and understanding reality, by helping them to reach their full potential at a business and professional level.

• Understanding the underlying processes of how people perceive, process, interpret and emit an emotional and behavioural response to the reality, and thus being able to identify and understand the diversity of mental maps of each individual. 
• Acquiring a strategic and analytical approach to understanding and analysing one’s own way of thinking; ultimately, internalizing a way of being that will help to improve their relationships in all areas of life.

• Learning and adapting specific techniques to improve a particular area: sales techniques, negotiation skills, interviewing techniques, techniques for presentations and communication techniques for educators, psychologists, lawyers, doctors, etc.

ADMISSION

To access any of our Postgraduate programs, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Students holding a degree certificate. 
• Students currently studying for an graduate degree or equivalent higher education tittle. 
• Foreign students having an equivalent degree documented. 
• Professionals that already have a recognized position in the field. 
• In the unlikely event that you do not meet any of the above requirements, please contact the school and the admissions department will assess your case individually.

DOUBLE CERTIFICATION

At the end of your studies, you will obtain a Postgraduate Degree issued by the European Business School of Barcelona together with a Diploma of Management Development Program issued, endorsed and certified by the University Isabel I. Therefore, you will receive the following:

- Postgraduate Degree in Coaching, NLP and Team Leadership issued by the European Business School of Barcelona.

- Management Development Program in Coaching, NLP and Team Leadership issued by Isabel I University.

All our training programs come with an optional Spanish for Business Program, which will allow our students to succeed in an international working environment. In case the student does not follow the program, they will get a postgraduate diploma.
