He completed an MBA - Master of Business Administration at ENEB, and is currently finishing a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.

Job position: I worked in the Ministry of National Defense - Military Forces of Colombia - National Army of Colombia for 21 years and I am currently in search of a new job opportunity.

What motivated you to participate in that training program? Why ENEB?

My main interest and motivation is to update and deepen my knowledge in new areas that can actively help me in my professional career and personal life.

ENEB offered me the best educational offer and its academic content guaranteed me the updating of my previous knowledge.

Professionally speaking, what are your short and long-term objectives?

Finding opportunities to meet and work with professionals in the Education field and be able to become a teacher to make my knowledge available to educational institutions, which can be be of great help for my future career.  

Was it difficult for you to reconcile work and study? How many hours did you dedicate to your training program?

Since I do not have  a job at the moment, I could dedicate myself full-time to my academic and professional training.

Which subject did you find most useful?

All the subjects have great contents, especially Coaching, since it provides us with the methodology that allows us to accompany or train a person or a group of them, in order to achieve goals or develop specific management skills.

How did you organize your time to complete the MBA?

My priority in my academic and professional training influenced the distribution of my time and the combination of my other daily activities.

Did you always get help from your tutors?

The availability of the tutors, the speed and quality of their advice, their contributions and recommendations provided were essential and enriching and need to be mentioned.

What would you single out from your experience with ENEB?

The quality of the information and the training content of each of the modules made available by ENEB's professional staff.

I want to thank God, my family and ENEB for allowing me to be part of this great experience and give me the opportunity to be a better person each day and improve my knowledge.
