What motivated you to participate in that training program? Why ENEB?
I studied a master's degree that had a subject about coaching, but it did not go into it in depth. I saw the ENEB training program and it also included Leadership and NLP and it seemed perfect.
It was complementary to what I had already studied, and it helped me in the HR area. For example, PNL has helped me a lot for my collaboration in the recruitment department, it is a very important tool that gives you a lot. I had done other online courses, but yours gave me confidence.
Professionally speaking, what are your short and long-term objectives?
During the postgraduate course I was doing with you I came up with the idea of creating a consultancy to support companies. With my knowledge, what I have learned while studying and my experience, I wanted to create something to train people in this field. But finally there were no funds to be able to carry out the project.
However, in the mid to long term I would like to work in the labour relations department of a company, work with teams and teach coaching, NLP and team leadership.
Which subject did you find most useful?
I would highlight team leadership very much. I learned a lot with coaching but I would highlight team leadership, the styles of leadership that exist, how to apply them in a company, etc.
How did you organize your time to complete the training program?
Each person has different ways of studying, I first read the manuals and then underline the important ideas. I had two fixed days a week for the postgraduate program, but there were days when ideas for the assignments came to my mind and I also took advantage of them.
What would you single out from your experience with ENEB?
It has been a very rewarding and enriching experience. It is a very organized business school. People do not believe me, but doing this postgraduate was as if I went to class every day. I was reluctant to this type of long training, but then I realized that I can trust ENEB and that the tutors are always available and they are very attentive, they are experts in their areas and they answer you quickly, kindly and professionally. The attention to the student is very good.
