What motivated you to participate in that training program? Why ENEB?
The main motivation I had for a Master's degree was that I wanted to have a holistic view of the business world, acquire new skills and the knowledge necessary to improve my competences and obtain a better professional performance.
I chose ENEB because its study program was what I needed to improve my business and managerial skills. I looked for information about its experience, tutors and graduates and I did not hesitate to enroll and start studying this MBA.
Professionally speaking, what are your short and long-term objectives?
My short-term objectives are to be able to put into practice everything I learned in the Master’s degree and be able to make my business grow in the long term by identifying new opportunities and generating new ventures, contributing to business and social development.
I want to consolidate my company and make it grow in its area, positioning us as a reference in counseling, training and social development.
Was it difficult for you to reconcile work and study?
Not much, since I'm used to this lifestyle of working and studying.
How many hours did you dedicate to your training program?
Two hours after work from Monday to Friday. I focused on one module at a time and setting daily progress objectives and scheduling study and work activities for the next day.
Which subject did you find most useful?
I found the subject of Corporate Social Responsibility very interesting, since I had never seen it from the perspective of the contents and cases. It was a great contribution for me and it caught my attention, so I was quite motivated to continue learning about that area in my country.
How did you organize your time to complete the training program?
As I mentioned, I spent two hours from Monday to Friday. I organized the study material for a week and then I scheduled the progress of the case study and the tests.
Did you always get help from your tutors?
They seemed a great contribution to me, given that each time I had a doubt, it did not take them more than 24 hours to answer with clear and appropriate instructions.
What would you single out from your experience with ENEB?
I highlight the study material, very up-to-date and useful. It also includes very practical cases so that the contents can be applied. As for the modules, they have a level of difficulty according to the status of the program, so you have to dedicate time to study and commit to it.
Finally, would you like to add any further comments?
I think that studying at ENEB was a positive experience, I learned a lot, I generated a very good network of contacts from other countries in the forums, where the virtual environment and its contents were appropriate to my needs. I think it is also important to underline that If you want to do a Master's degree, you must focus on working and studying hard to achieve it, commit to reach the end of the course and not give up halfway. For my classmates who are just beginning and others who are about to finish “We can do it”.
