What motivated you to participate in that training program? 

My motivation to study the MBA was to have a strong and structured knowledge base of all the areas of current organizations.

Studying organizations as a set of departments, people, strategies, objectives and all the relationships between all these elements makes you broadly understand how they affect the performance of the company, their strengths and weaknesses and know what to improve. 

Why ENEB?

The flexibility of being able to do it online with tutors 24 hours a day was key for my choice. When I decided to do it, I had enough time to study almost full time. If it had been a face-to-face training program, it would have been more tied to the pace established by the school and I could not have taken advantage of the time it had.

Professionally speaking, what are your short and long-term objectives?

My short-term goals are to keep learning about CRM and Marketing. The MBA has helped me a lot for the latter thanks to the Marketing subject that was included. In the long term, I would like to be able to run a Digital Marketing company, I think it is an exciting world today and it will be even better in the future.

What functions do you perform daily in your workplace?

I help companies to optimize or implement their CRM solution to improve their relationship with their customers, as well as measure the impact of their marketing campaigns. I'm specialized in Salesforce.com, which is considered the best CRM today.

Did your professional career improve after the MBA?

The MBA helped me to have a deeper knowledge of the departments of companies and thus to better understand the needs of clients. That is why I am pleased to have done it and it helped me a lot.

Did you always get help from your tutors?

Yes, they always helped me. There were a couple of subjects related to accounting in which there were difficult exercises and I had to ask them many things. With their guidance, I managed to do them.

Was it easy for you to reconcile work and study?

Yes, the complete availability of the tutors and being able to set my own pace was fundamental to distribute my time.

What would you single out from your experience with ENEB?

I liked the study materials as well as those complementary materials and the real cases that accompanied each subject. The latter make you better understand the information in a more practical and real way.

I want to encourage everyone to study because it is key for a successful career in an increasingly competitive world, and also to maintain and progress personally and professionally.
