What motivated you to participate in that training program? Why ENEB?
I always wanted to do an MBA to broaden and diversify my knowledge. I chose ENEB because it facilitated my time management.
Professionally speaking, what are your short and long-term objectives?
My professional goal is to be part of a company with which I share culture and values and in which I can grow professionally, and be motivated with challenges and innovation, and at the same time I can add value by applying my knowledge and experience.
I'm doing a second master's degree, and my intention is to expand my knowledge and find a space where I can apply it. I want to work for a company but I do not exclude the possibility of starting my own business.
Was it difficult for you to reconcile work and study? How many hours did you dedicate to your training program?
It was easy to combine study and work. I studied the theoretical modules at night and I did the practical exercises on the weekends. I dedicated two to three hours from Monday to Friday to the theoretical contents, and on Saturdays I spent several hours working on the practical cases.
Which subject did you find most useful?
All the subjects were interesting to me, but I would highlight NLP. Anyway, I will always keep a special affection for Corporate Strategy and Corporate Social Responsibility because they were the first and last subject respectively and therefore had a different emotional charge.
Did you always get help from your tutors?
Absolutely. The personalized attention and the quick response of the tutors impressed me. I would also like to highlight the correction of the practical cases, since the feedback and the corrections made have always been very constructive.
What would you single out from your experience with ENEB?
The most remarkable and valuable of ENEB is the academic level of the contents and the support of the tutors.
Finally, would you like to add any further comments?
My experience was very satisfactory, and I would definitely recommend it, but it is important to set the expectations correctly, since it is an online course and depends on the effort of each student.
