Who is it for?
For students interested in receiving a single book that includes all ENEB diplomas and transcripts and all your certificates from Isabel I University, from all your programs completed at the time of purchase, with a single apostille.
Advantage: This book includes two special documents:
1 – A letter of recommendation,
2 – The cum laude certificate (as long as the final grade point average of your program meets the academic conditions to obtain it).

What is ENEB PASSPORT Diplomas?
It is a portfolio that reflects your academic achievements by bringing together your diplomas from ENEB, the University Isabel I and your academic record. This book, designed to enhance your employability, is presented in an elegant ENEB corporate box, guaranteeing a professional and visually impeccable presentation.
In what format is the ENEB PASSPORT of Diplomas sent?
It can be sent as hard copies or apostilled hard copies, depending on the option you choose when completing the process.
Why should I get my ENEB PASSPORT Diploma?
A before and after in your professional career: your ENEB PASSPORT Diploma is a professional letter of introduction that will positively impact your employability and global recognition.
Can I obtain diplomas under the old system?
No, the old system is no longer available. Now, all physical or apostilled diplomas are issued exclusively as part of ENEB PASSPORT Diplomas, designed to offer superior presentation and enhance your employability.
What documents are included in the book?
The books include all documents associated with the completion of your program, which are:
ENEB Diploma
Academic transcript
Certificate of the University Isabel I
In addition, if you opt for the Complete Pack option, you will also receive the following documents included in the book:
Letter of Recommendation
Cum Laude Certificate for all those programs that meet the academic conditions to obtain it (average grade equal to or higher than 9.5).
Can I obtain a single certified or apostilled document?
No, the only format available is the book, which includes the diploma and the academic transcript issued by our school, the university certificate that supports it with all the grades.
Who can apply for the ENEB PASSPORT Diploma?
All students who have completed a training program with ENEB or are still pursuing their studies and want to reserve their ENEB CERTIFICATES PASSPORT.
Note: Please note that this will include all the training programs you select in the Download Area of the ENEB Portal. Remember that in the ENEB Portal, you can only select/download the certificates for completed programs. If you made the payment and want to receive a program you have not yet finished, wait to confirm the programs in your request once you complete your studies.
When will I receive my ENEB PASSPORT Diploma?
Your diplomas in digital format will be available in the Download Area within up to 90 days, starting from the completion and confirmation of your details in the Virtual Campus.
The delivery time for Physical Diplomas (National or International) and/or Apostilled ones will be between 90 to 120 days after the delivery of all digital diplomas, including the certificate(s) from Universidad Isabel I, the confirmation of shipping details after payment is made, and selecting the programs you wish to receive in your download area.
When will I be notified of the delivery address where I want to receive my diploma?
At the moment of finalizing the purchase, you will receive an email with access to a form that you will have to fill in and in which it is very important that you notify all the details of the address including zip code, city, province and country. In addition, the contact telephone number and your identity document will be essential for the shipment.
How do I choose which training program I want to receive?
Remember that once you have all the digital diplomas, including the university certificates, you will need to select in your Download Area the program(s) you want to receive in physical or apostilled physical format so we can begin the process. ⚠️ Important note: In the ENEB Portal, you will only be able to select/download diplomas for completed programs. If you have made the payment and wish to receive a program you have not yet completed, please wait to confirm the programs in your request once you finish your studies.
If I have completed a Dual Master’s, should I acquire 1 program = 1 book or 2 programs = 2 books?
This depends on the number of training programs included in your Dual Master’s:
- Old Programs: In previous programs, the Dual Master’s was composed of two separate training programs, so you will need to acquire 2 programs = 2 books.
- Current Programs: In the most recent training programs, the Dual Master’s is considered a single training program, which means it counts as one program. In this case, you only need to acquire 1 program = 1 book.
If this is your case, you will see in the virtual campus that you are enrolled in a single program, with the degrees linked by a "+" sign.
What happens if I have not completed my studies yet?
In this case, you can make the payment without any problem. On our side, we will save your purchase data, and you will be able to select the programs you want to receive in physical format once you have completed your studies and have access to your download area.
