Once the payment has been made, we will send you a form to select the programs in which you wish to take the exams. From this point on, you will be able to continue your studies in the usual way and practice with test-type questionnaires available in each subject. At the start of the new exam session, your exam will be ready and accessible on the virtual platform.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

When can I take the exam?

• The exam date is flexible and can be scheduled anytime between December 2nd and April 2nd, which provides more than enough time. However, if your training program expires during this period, you must request an extension before being able to take the exam on the specified dates.

Do I need to take an exam for each program?

• Only one exam will be given for any combination of training programs, regardless of the number of payments made for different program types. Everything will be integrated into a single evaluation (except for the Business English Program).

What happens if I’m enrolled in both old and new curricula?

• If you are simultaneously enrolled in programs with old curricula and programs with new curricula, and you wish to take exams for both, you will need to take two separate exams: one for the programs with the old curriculum and another for those with the new one.

What is the exam format based on the type of program?

• The exam for Master’s, PDD, and possible combinations (like Master’s + PDD or Master’s + Advanced Course) includes 50 questions, and you’ll have 2 hours to complete it. Exams for standalone Advanced Courses and the Business English Program will consist of 15 questions, with 1 hour to complete.

Do incorrect answers deduct points?

• Incorrect answers do not deduct points.

How many chances do I have to pass?

• You have two attempts to pass your exam.

Is there a fee to switch to the multiple-choice test method?

• The cost to opt for the multiple-choice test method varies depending on the number of programs you choose to be examined on.

Are previously passed courses transferable?

• Previously passed courses are not transferable, so you’ll need to take the multiple-choice exam for all the subjects within the programs you’re requesting to be examined with this method.

Is there practice material available?

• Multiple-choice practice quizzes are available and correspond to those already included in each course. Some of the questions from these quizzes will appear on the exam.

Can I pause the exam once it has started?

• Once the exam starts, the timer will begin, and it cannot be paused.

What score do I need to pass?

• The exam will be considered passed with a score of 5 or higher. If you pass on the first attempt, you cannot retake the exam to improve your score.

What happens if I don’t pass within the two attempts?

• If you don’t pass within the two available attempts (a very unlikely scenario), you will need to renew your credits by paying the current fees to obtain more exam opportunities. Otherwise, you can return to the traditional method and keep the original completion date you had before opting for the multiple-choice exam.

When and how will I receive my diplomas?

• After completing your exam, we will contact you within the next 30 days to arrange the shipment of your diplomas. It is not necessary to take multiple-choice exams for all your training programs, but it is important to note that diplomas issued by Universidad Isabel I will only be granted (provided you have paid the corresponding fees) once you have completed all your programs, including both the agile and traditional methods. On the other hand, ENEB diplomas will be issued as you complete each of your training programs.
