WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DIGITAL AND PHYSICAL SHIPMENT?
DIGITAL
You will receive your diploma in digital format, allowing you to access it at any time and from any device.
APOSTILLED PHYSICAL
You will receive your printed diploma (physical option) or printed with The Hague Apostille (apostilled physical option), according to the modality you choose. Perfect for framing and displaying!

How long does it take to receive my diploma once the validation is done?
Digital diploma:
If you have purchased the digital certificate, you will be able to download it immediately from your download area once you complete your master’s, double master’s, or global program, and the payment has been successfully processed.
Physical diploma:
If you have chosen the physical diploma (with or without The Hague Apostille), the estimated delivery time is between 90 and 120 days after you have completed the shipping information form and the certificate resulting from the validation process is available in your download area.
What happens after I pay for the validation process?
Shipping data confirmation form:
You will receive a link to complete a shipping form, where you must confirm the address where you wish to receive your physical diplomas (if you selected the physical or apostilled physical option).
Availability of the digital certificate:
• If you have already completed a master’s, double master’s, or global program, the certificate resulting from the validation process will be available in your download area.
• If you have not yet completed your program, we will store your purchase details, and the certificate will become available in your download area once you complete the corresponding program.
Physical diploma delivery (optional):
If you chose the physical or apostilled physical diploma, it will be sent to the address confirmed in the form. The estimated delivery time is 90 to 120 days after completing the form and having the certificate available in your download area. Once shipped, you will receive the DHL tracking number to check the delivery status.
What should I do if I have not yet finished my studies at ENEB?
If you have not yet completed your master’s, double master’s, or global program at ENEB, we will store your purchase details, and the certificate will become available in your download area once you complete the corresponding program.
